AVA Rafting & Zipline was created in 1998 in the heart of the Arkansas River Valley in Buena Vista, CO. Duke Bradford saw a need for a rafting company focusing on providing a superior adventure trip, so Arkansas Valley Adventures was born. After expanding rafting operations to Clear Creek in Idaho Springs, the Colorado River in Kremmling, the Blue River in Silverthorne and more, Arkansas Valley Adventures adopted the AVA-moniker to better represent our services. Over the years, AVA has striven to be the industry leader of outdoor adventure in the Centennial state. AVA has transformed from a single location rafting operator to a varied adventure outfitter with rafting on 8 rivers, 2 zipline courses, 2 via ferrata courses, guided fly fishing trips, guided hiking tours in Rocky Mountain National Park, a gear rental provider, off-road rentals, cabins and camping, and much more.
